I haven't personally cast a 6.5 Creedmoor chamber, but I've seen shooters use Cerrosafe successfully, so I will advice you clean the chamber thoroughly, apply a mold release, pour slowly at the correct temperature, and let it cool completely to avoid distortions and improper seating

You're running into a common problem, the trick is to use a special alloy called Cerrosafe. Unlike the putty, this stuff melts and flows into all the tiny details, and the cast comes out perfect. Cerrosafe is absolutely the way to go for a clean chamber cast, that putty stuff is a headache. Make sure your bore is totally degreased and plugged up snug...just melt that Cerrosafe, pour it slow, and let it cool completely. That'll give you a pro-grade impression. Good luck
