I’ve tried both coffee and energy drinks for early mornings. Coffee works for me but energy drinks make me a little jittery before a shot. What does everyone else use?
I actually skip the coffee and snacks. I just drink water and have something small to eat. I noticed that caffeine messes with my patience and I shoot better when I feel steady instead of wired.
